You Can Prevent or Reverse Cardio Vascular Disease

Dr. Joel Wallach, nationally known author of the book and CD, “Dead Doctors Don’t Lie” speaks often about cardio-vascular disease, including congestive heart failure, thrombotic stroke, pulmonary embolism, vericose veins, aneurisms in the head or aeorta.

None of these have anything to do with genetics or cholesterol, according to Wallach. A veterinarian, naturopathic physician, author and lecturer, he has played a major role in developing the vitamin-mineral supplement market to prevent and/or reverse diseases.

All of the information is contained in the book, Epigenetics: The Death of the Genetic Theory of Disease Transmission.

Wallach has performed 1,700 autopsies on people who died of cardiomyopothy and thrombotic strokes. According to him, preventing these problems is “drop dead predictable.”

Protecting the brain is also important, with it’s functions and cognitions. It needs to be fed all of the nutrients to keep it healthy, and also protection from the toxins that can destroy it. Alzheimers and Parkinson’s disease, strokes, and strokes are on the rise.

Two-thirds of your brain is made up of fats, which is why the essential fatty acids including Omegas 3/6/9. Omega fats are it needs a key ingredient to maintain health. These fats reduce inflammation, decrease tri-glycerides, and lower blood pressure. Antioxidants erupt in the body when stress is experienced. Two Annual Holiday Parades Bring Good Cheer to High Desert

Two annual holiday parades were held in the cities of Adelanto and Victorville.

In Victorville, over 80 parade entries traveled down 7th Street on Saturday, December 5. Touting the theme: “I’ll Be Home for Christmas,” this year’s event honored the military, especially those who won’t be home during the holidays.

The Victorville Kiwanis Club chose that theme back in July, and it seemed when the date arrived it was a very fitting one considering the attacks in Paris and the San Bernardino County shooting.

The Orenda Foundation was the Grand Marshal for the Victorville parade, a charity that helps homeless veterans by giving them a place to live, and assistance with finding employment, plus other services.

Adelanto’s 11th Annual Christmas Parade was held on Saturday, December 12, with over 85 entries, the largest number yet.
California Assemblyman Jay Obernolte acted as Grand Marshal for Adelanto’s parade, driven by educator Charles Gehrke.

Following them came the city’s Mayor Rich Kerr and several council members and commissioners.

Both parades had similarities with ROTC groups, school bands, dance troupes, pet groomers, car clubs, and individuals all joining in the fun.

Santa and Mrs. Claus appeared at the end of each parade, to the delight of children and grown-ups alike.
