Incumbent Scott Nassif Runs Once Again for Apple Valley Town Council

I am Scott Nassif, a local business owner for over 38 years, and Town of Apple Valley Councilman for over a decade.

I ask for your vote to help me continue to demonstrate fiscal responsibility for the Town of Apple Valley, keep our rural heritage, and maintain growth and economic development.

I will work to keep our standards high, by continuing to plan for the future and be socially responsible for our decisions.

We must not lose sight of our past while we plan for our future. I have been a resident of Apple Valley since my family moved here in 1959. My wife Susan and I raised our family in Apple Valley and have been local business owners for the past 38 years.

Some important and future shaping issues that I am committed to are that we can no longer endure endless increases in our water rates. I am committed to work towards a solution and gain control of our future.

I am committed to promoting a “Business Friendly” community, encourage investment and job creation.

I am dedicated to preserving our unique character, protecting our Two-Per-Acre rule and keeping our development standards high.

I have supported and will continue to back and promote programs like the Police Activities League and Gang Task Force that have reduced crime in our Town.

While many California cities continue to struggle, your Town Council and staff have worked hard to deliver a balanced budget every year without layoffs, furloughs, or reductions in public safety.

I will continue to exercise fiscal responsibility regarding the Town’s budget.

With your support, I will be your voice at Town Hall and provide stability with common sense and traditional values. I would sincerely appreciate your vote.
